Non Condensing Boiler Upgrade
Replace an old, broken, or inefficient non condensing gas/oil boiler with a high efficiency condensing system or an air source heat pump network.
- Must replace older non condensing system (typically pre 2005)

Important Scheme Sizing Notice
UK government funding guidelines prioritize **fabric first** solutions. This means that if your home is poorly insulated, the scheme will require cavity/loft insulation to be installed alongside or prior to a boiler/heat pump upgrade to prevent heat loss.
